Nurture & Flow is specifically designed for those navigating stress, anxiety, depression, or trauma recovery. If you are seeking a compassionate and supportive space to move through difficult emotions and connect with your body in a gentle yet empowering way, this series is for you.

The Nurture & Flow series is a 6 week program consisting of six 60-minute classes that combine breath-work, somatic slow flow, restorative yoga, and guided meditation. The pace of each class is slow and the intention is for you to move intuitively and feel whatever you're feeling in the present moment.
This series is designed to lead you towards feeling grounded, empowered, and present. You will gain a deeper understanding of your emotions and how to express them in a healthy way through movement - tapping into your body’s intuitive wisdom to learn exactly what it needs to regulate and feel safe and nurtured.
